Perennial Counseling
Mental health services for any season of your life.
Why Perennial?
Perennial [adjective]
present at all seasons of the year
{adj.} persistent, enduring
Perennial flowers may seem to fade each year, but they come back again and again. They remind us that growth and renewal are always possible, even after hard seasons.
At Perennial Counseling, we help you stay present and grounded, no matter what season of life you're in. Even if parts of you feel lost or worn down, we believe healing and new growth can always happen.
We offer mental health counseling and music therapy to people living in Arizona. Our approach is collaborative and personalized; you’ll have a say in your treatment every step of the way, and we’ll work together to find what feels right for you.
We work with individuals and families across the lifespan.
People of all ages can benefit from extra support after experiencing trauma and loss, so we tailor our approach to meet the needs of adults, adolescents, and children.
“Grace was instrumental in helping my son with grief when we experienced a tragic death in our family. She is so patient, attentive, and calming, and she answered all of his many questions. Her wealth of knowledge coupled with her extensive experience with kids makes her the perfect therapist. Would highly recommend!”
Grief-centered, trauma-informed
Loss shows up in many ways and can leave us feeling numb, overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. Loss doesn’t just mean the death of a loved one; it can also mean losing a sense of safety, mourning the childhood you didn’t have, losing the future you thought you had, or letting go of who you thought you were.
In many ways, grief and trauma go hand-in-hand. At Perennial Counseling, we use a grief-centered, trauma-informed approach to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and body’s responses. Together, we’ll work toward giving you a greater sense of control, clarity, and peace in your life.
