Our Therapists
Grace O’Leary, LCSW, MT-BC, CT
With nearly ten years of professional experience and my own life experiences, I’ve grown passionate about helping people live more fully as their true selves. I believe it's important to honor both the light and dark parts of life, and to give space to all parts of who we are. When we learn to feel our emotions, understand ourselves, and accept every piece of our story, we can find real peace.
As a music therapist and licensed clinical social worker, I focus on the whole person and their environment. I don’t think you have to talk about everything out loud to heal; sometimes music, art, or other creative tools speak more clearly. I use a mix of expressive arts, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and humanistic therapy, always adjusting to what feels right in the moment. As a certified thanatologist, I understand how grief and loss come in many forms and impact our whole selves.
I’ve worked in both mental health and medical settings, with people in inpatient and outpatient care.
Outside of work, I love making music, playing video games, and discovering new coffee shops with friends. I don’t take myself too seriously, and you never know what color my hair will be next! I’m also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community.
